It's a great place to live if you're a BU student. Besides the price, my roommates and I really liked it.
Location is the only thing this apt. complex has going for itself. It is not well maintained, the staff are rude, students are often loud, and it is not at all worth the money!
I had lived here for 3 years. it was a good apartment, clean, spacious, safe. the gym is small, but good eough. laundry is expensive, but convinient. there are lots of young BU, NU students live here. not recommanded for families. occassionally there are crazy parties, could be loud sometimes. there are few things i dont like abt dexter park tho. the parking is way too expensive, almost rediculous. 250(3 years ago) for garage parking!!! the fact that Brookline doesnt allow over night parking, u have no other choice. the mana... read more
