Unable to singin
Not able to sign in.. Very bad
Service works decently well. App is HORRIBLE. My entire company is switching away from using Dialpad complete solely because of the app. Biggest issue: the app continues to vibrate/ring even after the call is answered or declined making conversation impossible. That's assuming that the call CAN be answered... this brings me to the next issue. 75% of the time the call can not be answered on the app. The mobile app will ring maybe twice, a pop up notification will come up, then it will disappear. It will not allow me to authenticate with office 365. Each time I try it says "sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later"
I don't know what to think of this app as I'm unable to sign in to use it. I tried using the desktop as well as my phone neither one gets past the login or registration part
Doesn't play well with Android Pie. Frustratingly, when using HD calling, the phone doesn't ring - at best you get a short notification sound that does not repeat (the ringtone you select in the app settings is not used, the only way to get a sound alert is to pick a notification sound in Android's notifications settings). That's not good for, well, a business phone system.
Does not work on my Google Pixel. App crashed imediatly after oppening.
This is the most buggy software I have ever used and I am in the software business. Have used for 3+ years. Need to switch.
Getting better but still some serious bugs: 1) when not using HD calling, if you try to make an outbound call with the Dialpad app, it calls a disconnected Florida number that is no longer in service. Same number no matter who you try to call. 2)If you have HD calling enabled, and someone else answers a call just as your phone starts to ring, it will continue to ring until you restart the phone.
