Couldn’t recommend my service advisor Katie R. more. Incredibly patient, helpful and honest. Responded and had work done in a timely manner.
We were passing through Columbia and had truck issues. They took is in and looked at the truck on the spot instead of saying no. They got us in and out, and back on the road.
My purchase experience with sales was good. Found what I wanted and the process was easy. The Service Department is great! Valet service is so nice. All the advisers and the Service Manager are friendly and helpful. Thankfully I haven't needed anything major but they keep my vehicle running perfectly.
There's a repeat issue with the battery ? ?- electrical something - we don't know but he knows the history and does all that he can to assure customer satisfaction and quality service - each time
We are from out of town and had the water pump go out they were able to get us in and fix it that day along with an oil change and tire sensor change out
Everyone is friendly, on time, the work is done right. I have a comfortable place to work while they serviced my truck. Literally nothing they could be doing better.
I appreciate the professionalism of the staff members whom we encountered. Jovani gave us timely updates.
