The service writer asked me to make sure and give a 5 star review before my service was completed. Survey results should not be artificially skewed by the employees asking you to give 5 stars. Shouldn’t the dealer earn a good rating the right way, by just doing a good job?

Very professional I called and was able to schedule a appointment for a oil change and the works special. I had a 2:00pm appointment and I was in my car driving off at 3:05pm. I was extremely satisfied!
