Service advisor was awesome very professional polite and informative. My concerns were thoroughly addressed even after I had to return.

Flow was a little chaotic. My vehicle was not ready by the time I was told it would be ready by. Cashier was annoyed by my presence and appeared annoyed that I wanted to pay the dealer hundreds of dollars to close out my work order.
The hospitality area is sufficient. I had an appointment and was out in less than 2 hours. I was happy with the overall experience.
