Finally diagnosed issues with my front left wheel that I have been dealing with for 10k plus miles. Was disappointed that once a failed front bearing was detected on drivers side that the passenger side was not inspected for signs of similar issue. During oil change technician failed to reset service status.
This was my first time at Dick Smith Ford Classic Ford is closer to me but I wasn't satisfied with their service so I'm trying something new.

We Just picked up a “ 2025 Explorer” from Mr. Poe & Trevor over the weekend . They are the best in the business they were fantastic people. Ask for Mrs . “Gioa” if you need any warranty help she knows her stuff. Where in South Carolina can you buy a Car in “ one hour ?” …. Dick Smith Ford !!! Cheers J & Sandy Vehicle #2 and we love it !
Prompt service,did a great job,not only with my truck,but answered several questions on my wife's vehicle, will be taking her expedition there soon
Only issue could not get a courtesy vehicle If I had a courtesy vehicle for my inconvenience waiting on the Warranty company to decide on repairs it would have been alot better. Maybe get access more courtesy vehicles!!
Mr. Long was straight forward, easy to talk to, and very helpful. Everyone that was involved with getting me into my new truck was outstanding!
