I was pleased with the service that was rendered. I received excellent communication from the assigned Service Technician, Tyler. My appointment went as he explained it would & the recall was taken care of as promised. I live quite a distance from this dealership, but landed here due to poor communication & inefficiency with the Ford location in Orangeburg. If I have future car needs, I know to go to this location first.
Tyler was very courteous during my check-in and the work was done promptly so that I didn’t have an overly long wait.
G was very professional and patient regarding my needs and listen and answered all my questions.
Ross, Scott, Nick, and Aaron turned my experience around. I had a major problem with my service. After being ignored by Jeremy the "so-called" service manager, these 4 gentlemen treated me with respect and went above and beyond to fix my issue. They worked around my work schedule and kept in touch every step of the way. And almost 2 weeks later - I still haven't heard a word from Jeremy. But that's OK. He was never any help anyway. Kudos to Ross, Scott, Nick, and Aaron!! For doing the job Jeremy didn't do.

Had a 2 o’clock appointment for an oil change that took 3 1/2 hours then when I got home this morning, I woke up to a trail of fresh oil underneath my vehicle. Assumption is that when the filter was removed oil went into the brush guard and sat there until I drove it nonetheless very disappointing that I have oil stains in my garage now.
Got there right when they opened at 7am and still waited over 3 hours for an oil change.
