At first I was nervous, but Tommy put me at ease with the dealership and I was met with friendly service by everyone I met until my car was finished.

The entire experience is perfect. From dropping the car off with the shuttle service and waiting area if needed if incredible. The service crew is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. And they meet their deadlines!!

My brand new 2025 Ford explorer had a jerking and the steering wheel and was pulling to the left a lot called up the service department they made me an appointment within 3 to 4 days took my car on a Monday and picked it up on a Thursday have driven it for 2 days now and for right now I'm not having any issues Katie was very professional as well as salesperson Alonzo.
Liked how my vehicle was ready by end of day to be picked up after dropping off in the morning
The people are very respectful. The waiting area and the bathroom are very clean and you can get free coffee.
