Nick was nice and helpful. However, I expected that my F150 fluids would be topped off. So after I noticed, I had to drive out to an autoparts store to buy fluids and top everything off. The coolant level was on minimum. At the oil change before this one, the serviceman ran my F150 through the washer at the dealership and topped off the fluids. That was nice and I appreciated that. Excellent service center. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Additional work recommended but no pressure rendered. Very courteous and accommodating. Excellent dealership.
Oil Change and tire rotation was quick. That is what I wanted to say. Why?

The service team was extremely efficient and professional and made getting an oil change easy.
Tom was the person that help me. After looking up my car he told me what needed to be done. I had some concerns about the back brakes. He said he would have them checked out. The wait this time was minimal.
I appreciate their immediate response to me when I drove into the service area. Tyler explained what they did to service my car & printed me a copy of all that they checked on my car.
