Great service done in a timely manner. Only had the tires rotated, but the process only took thirty minutes.
In for 100k service. When i came to pick up the truck i was given a price that was $500 more that what was texted to me in the report just 30 minutes earlier. I was told that this was a quirk or the system and that it doesnt charge for parts in the report though parts were listed as a line item. I told them that explanation wasnt good enough and I refused to pay the extra $500 and it took a while of standing my ground but they did finally removed it from the total.
