It was great, helped me found the right car It was great like instead of walking around we just sat inside and looked on a computer and it was comfortable and once we found the car we then looked inside it. We also test drives it and it was a friendly and nice experience.

Excellent, but areas for improvement Superb buyer experience - no pressure, felt very comfortable. Low key and knowledgable sales person. Didn't try to upsell us on end-of-sale extras we didn't need or want. Delivered exceptional value for the money we spent. Areas to improve: 1. Over 90 minutes elapsed from the time we arrived at handshake deal until we were able to meet with the finance manager to wrap up the paper work. Awesome Went over to Dick Smith to look, not yet expecting to buy. I did not think I would be able to get a vehicle. I had concerns of affordability for what type of car I wanted. Maurice not only made me a believer, he also made this one of the better buying experiences I've had in years. He was professional and knowledgeable. Excellent Service I came to Dick Smith hoping to buy a used car but not having a lot of car buying experience.
