Not their responsibility I purchased a 2013 Hyundai from another dealer. They didn't know about Hyundai's and told me to go to the Dealership. Outstanding customer service! We ended up unexpectedly choosing to buy a new car long distance from VA when our daughter's car broke down and she luckily ended up at Dick Smith in Greenville. NO gimmick NO pressure GREAT experience! We had been to 2 prior dealerships the same day to make comparisons. Dick Smith was far and away the BEST buying experience I have ever had. The price was better without the typical over aggressive sales technique. Our salesman Ramsey Chebli was factual and answered all our questions. Ramsey gave us exactly what we asked for, our best price for the vehicle we wanted. No gimmicks here just professional people all the way around. Pleasurable shopping experience!!
