Exellent!!!! I had just moved to SC from NY and needed to trade my lease in. I had visited other dealerships in the area and was not impressed, until I met Larry Taylor at Dick Smith. Larry is not your typical pushy sales man. He listen to what I wanted and needed and made it happen. So when that lease was up in early December, I went back to Larry and once again he took excellent care of me. I can't say enough good things about this dealership.

Great customer service Purchased a car from Dick Smith and Lance Hammontree was my salesman. Lance worked with me during the sales process very good and was a very fun salesman to work with. I wasn't expecting the service Lance and his Management gave us. I strongly recommend coming here and the best thing is Lance actually goes through the entire car during the demo and I have never seen a car salesman so happy during the demo. Go see Lance he's great!

Excellent Trustworthy Customer Service Andrew McMorris was the most efficient and knowledgeable sales person I have ever experienced. He was kind, pleasant, patient, respectful, and knew the car inside and out. He never rushed us - in fact, after leaving the dealership before purchasing the vehicle he continued to communicate with us via the phone answering our questions prior to making a commitment to purchase the vehicle. Excellent customer service provide by Andrew.

Stemple I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from this dealership and have never once been disappointed. The service department is always quick. I see no need to shop or buy anyplace else.

Lance is great!! Have purchased 9 cars in the past with Dick Smith and lookin for #10. Have been working with Lance Hammontree and he has been on top of his game to find what I am looking for. Great dealership Over the past eight years, I have purchased three new Hyundais at Dick Smith Hyundai in Greenville, SC - first two Elantras, then last month I bought a new Tucson. Each purchase was a good experience. Over the years I have also taken my Hyundais to Dick Smith for service, and they have an excellent service department. I strongly recommend this dealership.

Great and fast expierence I've shopped at Jim Hudson dealerships for a long time. We'll after my car was totaled I went back there to get anot her vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted and the dealership refused to work with me on the cost which they kept jacking up every time I turned around.
