A Great Salesman makes a HUGE difference. Nick Schirripa was a great salesman. He didn't try to "over talk" me but rather he listened. He paid attention to what I was saying that I needed/wanted and in the end sold me the car that put a smile on my face. I went to the dealership planning on purchasing a totally different car than I did. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Electra and I love it! Great warranty, free perks, rebates... I'm a happy girl. What a Joy!! My husband and I are hard sales, especially my husband. However, from the time we spoke with Andy Vacha 2 days ago until the time we drove our 2014 Sonata Limited off the lot today (11/21/15), we were nothing but IMPRESSED!! Excellent service and great deal This was the second car from Dick Smith and we highly recommend them. Our sales rep Andy Vacha was great. Very helpful finding just what we wanted, but not pushy over over bearing. He was great. Jason Styron, the business manager, that handled the paperwork also did great. He explained every detail is easy to understand terms and was very friendly. We would recommend both of them to anyone and will continue to use Dick Smith in the future. Our Tuscon (2nd one) is great.
