Great Service, Great Prices Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from Dick Smith Hyundai within the last year. We have been extremely happy with the level of service we received from Gordon Orr and Dan Amos, as well as their Service Department. Their prices are not over-inflated like other dealerships. Great Experience, Excellent customer service! This is my second time purchasing from Dick Smith Hyundai, and both times they have been an awesome dealership to work with. My sales person, Andy Vacha is awesome and worked very hard to get me in a car that I liked AND most importantly, within the specific criteria I had set. great team work I had started looking for a newer (used) car recently.... seeing as my was close to 16 years old. test drove several cross over cars. A friend recommended to consider a Hyundai. I dropped by at Dick Smith at lunch. Rick greeted me and showed me a few Santa Fes. Nice looking car with good mileage, which was important. Test drove a Santa Fe and really liked it. Above and Beyond We are from Chapin. The Hyundai dealers in Columbia never bothered to call back or do what they said they would do. We were looking for a particular vehicle. Dick Smith Hyundai had the car. We called and spoke to Lance Hammontree. The car was in front of the dealership washed and ready for a test drive. I am 65, I have bought a lot of cars and have never had this happen. We drove the car and finally came to a price that was fair to both of us. Truecar called it a great deal.
