Purchased a full set of injectors from Diesel Care, we received set one was broken while they did replace the one in a timely manner. Once installed we again had an issue injectors we’re tested by our mechanic once again we had to have it replaced. Fast forward to now husband on the way home he has put less then 10 thousand miles on these injectors he exits interstate and truck shuts off no warning nothing. Had to wait on them to build a 6.0 injector my truck was down 2 weeks didn’t even offer any compensation for the labor to remove and install said injector plus the box it came in fedex wouldn’t take it as a shipping container I had to buy a new box my truck has 6 miles on it and warranty will end in June due to other complications it couldn’t be driven till now
I ordered a relay controller. the picture is the exact one that I need. I received a different controller with 4 prongs instead of 3. We could not get it to work contacted them they told me they would send the correct one. 4 days later they sent me this “simple” wiring diagram to make the incorrect one work lol. Wont waste my time ordering from them again. I shipped everything back unpackaged I am confused why I don’t get my full amount back. I send emails and phone calls I never get ahold of anyone. Took me three weeks just to get that refund to me. Terrible communication.
Ordered 2 injectors. packaged up my cores, dumped out the box, and couldn't find a return label. I've done business with these guys for years, minor hiccups but it happens. Figured I mimist have misplaced the core return label. Gave a call down and was informed shipping cores back is my problem. This policy was updated several months ago apparently. Received a replacement for the first broken cp3 they sent me and it was broken also. Shipping is terrible do not recommend.
BUYER BEWARE!! I recieved defective parts that caused further damage to my vehicle. No apology. Terrible customer service. They have rookie employees assembling parts and skipping critical steps. Buy your parts elsewhere. Diesel Care & Performance has quality issues and is not worth the risk. Learn from my mistake.
After ordering my injectors for my 7.3 and paying for fast shipping. They never showed up, I waited and emailed and waited then waited some more. And as of today had to make a police report and wait some more, mind you I've already gotten injectors else where cause they didn't care to help resolve the issue. Just told me to wait. I purchased a rebuild for my 4010 John Deere injector pump through eBay. I would not recommend using this company. The pump failed and had to be rebuilt again. I chose to go through a local shop although it was more expensive the pump now works flawlessly. I paid for a rebuild twice. Definitely would not recommend doing business with this company.
