It has taken SEVERAL MONTHS to get an injection pump I was told I’d receive in 2 WEEKS. Nothing but excuses, these people are scammers
Order a parts for my truck and got 2 day shipping and it’s been 2 weeks and still don’t have my parts

Ordered and PAID on September 25th 2024 and NO parts received yet. No responses to multiple emails requesting updates. The truck is completely out of service until we can get these parts. You shouldn't have pulled payment until you were shipping the product. my next steps will be reporting to BBB
i’m not too sure if I would honestly I I just want damn update on my order status so I could plan accordingly.
The parts I needed were missing glow plugs, and the injectors were bad, had to go some where else my customer refused to use these parts since it took over 5 mts to even get them.
They did not send me the parts I payed for.
Long story short. Took over 3 weeks to get my injector kit then the glow plugs that were supposed to be included in the kit weren’t sent. Took over a week to simply get a refund for the glow plugs. Got injectors installed and 2 days later it started skipping on at least one injector after start up. Once truck reaches running temp it will smooth out. Order 22885 placed more than one month ago and I have received no product or feedback. All methods of inquiry have been unsuccessful: messaging feature on the website, voicemail left for sales and also emails have gone unanswered. The most recent email was a demand for refund, again no response. If the customer service and processing is such, I do not expect a quality product or an honest warranty. Diesel Care & Performance is a ghost.
This company took more than three weeks to get me the injector pump i ordered for a diesel 6.5 gmc engine common pump. The pump they send was defective still and out of timing. Great expense to replace the pump into my vehicle. They have delayed returning the original pump they sent saying it was the mechanics fault and many other excuses. Tori is one of the owners and i've asked for refunds multiple times and remains unresponsive. This information is simply not true. Scott has my personal work cell phone number and has texted me more than 50 times since Friday. I have been texted at all hours of the evening, I have responded to each of his request within regular business hours. I have communicated with his shop directly. I have offered a warranty replacement, an option to return the pump for full credit, or even have to pump sent to a third party to be tested.
