ordered on eBay order was never filled. I called two months later told me they no longer honor eBay orders had to cancel and reorder only to end up paying more. Pensacola diesel has better service than this. Talked to a guy in the phone asked him to make it right he said "no I'll get fired"

Done with your products and customer care. I just want my money back and you guys can have your junk products back! 3 injectors originally bought, and now all 3 THREE are fouling up. I do NOT recommend your business or products.
Bought 6 reman dodge injectors. Thier one year warranty on ebay became "No warranty" in a month when 3 didn't work and licensed Bosch Sales and test facility said they were used Junk and tested unuseable. Testing Results printed and sent to Diesel Don't Care and performance. Never saw a dime. Beware
Extremely bad customer service. Not playing a gender role card here, but I called to get an update about my brothers order. Told me I did not know what I was saying and started getting very rude. I paid for 3 day delivery and the man on the phone told me straight out its not worth it and he would refund me delivery charge because they cant get it out that fast. Do not purchase from here I ordered injectors from here which they were very poor quality I had an issue with one of them being bad and the lady tried to argue with me on the phone and then says she isn’t even a technician and basically told me there’s no way there product could of failed
Waited 3 months for injectors. Was told they had test equipment go down which is understandable. Put the injectors in and one of them was bad out of the box. Really pissed me off because I’ve been waiting so long for them and because I needed my truck. Guess I’ll have to wait another month before I get another injector.
Took 9 weeks to rebuild my CAV pump. Horrible shipping box was broken so bad that Fedex had to put new label and tape the box back together. People were very nice but horrible service

RecommendedI don't recommend them, Just look at all the reviews. My experience was very similar. Ordered the injectors, They shipped reasonably quick, but they sent me a bad injector.. Ended up rebuilding my whole engine because of this issue long story short. And then when I try to get my injector warranteed the customer service was extremely poor and demeaning. They treat you like you don't know anything and that you screwed up and not them. I said "can I just get a refund?" They said "Sure, it's just a 30% restocking fee." W... read more
