RecommendedI don't recommend them, Just look at all the reviews. My experience was very similar. Ordered the injectors, They shipped reasonably quick, but they sent me a bad injector.. Ended up rebuilding my whole engine because of this issue long story short. And then when I try to get my injector warranteed the customer service was extremely poor and demeaning. They treat you like you don't know anything and that you screwed up and not them. I said "can I just get a refund?" They said "Sure, it's just a 30% restocking fee." W... read more
The people try to be nice but suspect because their products are horrible. THREE times I had to break down my engine because of failed injectors. First time two failed injectors cause a hydrolock. Almost destroyed the engine. They sent two and again another one failed later. Another engine repair. They sent a new set. Third time another failure. Purchased a rebuilt db2 injection pump for my 6.5 M1123 humvee. Was told they would have to rebuild one and it would take 12 days. Had to call a few times to get it shipped and once arrived it was the incorrect injection pump. Incorrect throttle position sensor mount. Told them I no longer wanted it after waiting 2 weeks to get it shipped to me and they said return it. Charged me for shipping and and I'm out paying for return shipping on a incorrect part.
I ordered injectors to be rebuilt and add an extra 100hp onto them I sent the order out in July of 2020. I did not have enough funds to have them properly installed in my truck. The truck has sat for nearly two years. I now have the funds to have a mechanic properly install them and Diesel Care not do anything to my injectors. They are supposed to bench test the injectors and replace the solenoids as every other place that rebuilds injectors does. been a hassle and a half trying to get their products right. don't bother, you'll waste money, time and be on the losing end of the stick.
Purchased a full set of injectors from Diesel Care, we received set one was broken while they did replace the one in a timely manner. Once installed we again had an issue injectors we’re tested by our mechanic once again we had to have it replaced. Fast forward to now husband on the way home he has put less then 10 thousand miles on these injectors he exits interstate and truck shuts off no warning nothing. Had to wait on them to build a 6.0 injector my truck was down 2 weeks didn’t even offer any compensation for the labor to remove and install said injector plus the box it came in fedex wouldn’t take it as a shipping container I had to buy a new box my truck has 6 miles on it and warranty will end in June due to other complications it couldn’t be driven till now
I ordered a relay controller. the picture is the exact one that I need. I received a different controller with 4 prongs instead of 3. We could not get it to work contacted them they told me they would send the correct one. 4 days later they sent me this “simple” wiring diagram to make the incorrect one work lol. Wont waste my time ordering from them again. I shipped everything back unpackaged I am confused why I don’t get my full amount back. I send emails and phone calls I never get ahold of anyone. Took me three weeks just to get that refund to me. Terrible communication.
