I love how we are so close to everything but still a good distance from all the crazy traffic. Apartments are nice. I have yet to need to request maintenance for my apartment and I have lived here almost 2 years. They don’t really do that many community events like they used to in the past. Verified Renter The elevator is constantly down. It happens so much that I no longer feel comfortable using it. The Staff are all great and very friendly, but my main complaint is the constant issues with the elevator. Also, the previous management would occasionally have snacks out near the coffee bar every other morning. I'm not sure if this happens anymore.
