A huge shout out to the Diverse team and Darrell who accommodated me changing my mind a couple of times. The installer, Brian, had a challenging project at my place, yet he managed to install the flooring In such a way that far exceeded my expectations. Brian is very methodical, does not take any shortcuts (pardon the pun) and super tidy as he works. I am so pleased with both the flooring and Brian’s workmanship. Thank you
We have been buying our flooring through Diverse for all of our renovations.. We have purchased carpet, laminate and vinyl . The installation of our carpet was done fast and they arrived on time. After looking around at new flooring for years, we had wood flooring installed in June. The wood floors look fabulous! Everyone we dealt with at Diverse was very professional. The installer was very skilled and Steve and Jo were very helpful. The floors were completed in very good time and with no unexpected issues. Will go back there again.

Great customer service. Shawn helped us out without trying to up sell us product we didn't want. He listened to what my specific needs were, and we went from there. After I finished doing the install on the laminate I purchased, he said to give them a 2 week window for a booking with one of their installers for the carpet. Sherryl called me, and within a few days they had me booked in the install. A one man wrecking crew named Dogan showed up and did a wonderful job all by himself. Great work. Good job crew!

We’ve dealt with Todd at Diverse Flooring a few years ago for our business and we decided to use them again for our home. Did not regret it! Todd is honest and he always keeps you in the loop. His guys showed up and finished the job according to schedule. I like that Todd followed up with us after the install by personally coming over to inspect the work, making sure everything is done to the highest standard. We’ll not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had new flooring installed by the team at Diverse Flooring . After the carpets.were removed it was evident that there were a number of issues that had to be resolved prior to installing the vinyl plank flooring we had selected . I was shown the problem areas and explained the procedure required to prep the floor .The job involved extensive leveling ( utilizing plywood/concrete floats ) over large areas of our existing plywood floor .
