Today was my second time in two weeks trying to place a pick up order without success. In both attempts I was put on extended hold, 25 minutes +, and was never able to place an order. Today I hung up after 15 minutes , called back, and intend to tell the employee no I will not hold but they did not give me that chance as they put me on hold before I could respond. Please understand that 40% of orders are carryout, it takes about 4-5 minutes to take an order and place in the POS. If there are several people in the Que, at 5 minutes each its going to be a minute. Apologize for your experience, if there is a better way to take 200 orders a day. Ill listen.
