Waited forever to give our order, waited even longer to get our drinks and had to ask multiple times before finally, 20 minutes later, getting a refill. If you didn't have enough staff to cover the patio today you shouldn't have had it open. And one of the servers was especially rude.
Waited over an hour to get my order placed. Then was told it would be another 2&1/2 hours. Very very disappointed.

Its Fathers day, one of the busiest days of the year, I apologize for your wait, There were 60 preorders that called in earlier in the week that was going out by 3. then the phone orders, coming in. You can expect a wait everywhere on Fathers day. We are one of the busiest in town. Again I apologize
I’ve never been more disappointed in the service received tonight at Doc’s. My husband and I placed an order to go at 6:25pm. We did not receive our order until 7:20pm. I’ve never had to wait this long before. Not even on Super Bowl Sunday. The most I’ve ever had to wait was 15 minutes. We were only offered a free drink after waiting 40 minutes but not offered any explanations as to why it was taking so long. I very sorry for your experience, That should never happen on any day. Im not going to make excuses at all. We dropped the ball, new girl on phone buried our kitchen with to go orders and did not space them out. I will deal with this as a manager should always be called if there is a problem, I want to make things right with you as the owner. That's not how we do business. We have been three times we had the pork steak plate and there wasn’t much flavor just smoke. I don’t like sauce but I love a good rub! I tried Mac and cheese and it was really dry not cheesy at all. Second time had brisket sandwich and fries, fries were overly sweet and seasoning drowned them out. And every time we have went baked beans were soupy.
Ribs were ok. Mac and cheese was awful. I’ve had better out of a box. The Pepsi was the best part of the meal! Make the drive and go to Bandanas! It is much better!
When you go for supposedly the best brisket in the area and the onion rings are the best thing on your plate, that about sums it up, disappointing
We stopped in for dinner. We wanted brisket, but they were out at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. we ended up ordering the pulled pork. The pork was very good, but we were somewhat disappointed as that was not what we came for. The BBQ beans were ok nad the onion rings my wife ordered we sub par in that there seemed to be very little onion in them. We were very disappointed last night that we did not get to eat here because the rude waitress gave our table away to someone who came in after us. We had waited several minutes for the table, and she refused to let us sit there, telling us we had to order first, then hope to get a seat before our food got cold. We won't be back.
RecommendedBeen going here since Day 1, I have never tasted smoked ribs,pork steaks,burnt ends and even the hamburgers have the best flavor and have never once had to add any sauce to help with dryness... Best customer service anywhere, don't forget to try the sweet tea !!!!
