Seamless, easy and efficient service Ashleigh provided amazing customer service from the quote, handled some small changes and also followed up post. My cat was moved with ease and comfort from Hobart to Sydney. I arranged for the team to pick up my cat in Sydney and deliver him to his new home. They provided a timely ETA and updates on the trip. I couldn't be happier. Dogtainers were also the most competitive quote I received for the relocation. Highly recommended and would use again if have to.

Easy and Professional Thank you to Dogtainers for transporting our beautiful puppy on two flights. I was amazed how simple it was to organise his flights. Fast and Caring Service After trying unsuccessfully to get urgent information from two other pet carriers, I called Dogtainers and they organised a time and flight over the phone. When they discovered that there was already a paid for booking (dont aske, it's complicated) for my cat they contacted me immediately to refund me and make sure everything would move smoothly. Accomodating to last minute trips Great customer service - we literally called the day before we wanted our pup flown up to us (Melbourne to Gold Coast) and 15 minutes later we had everything booked and our pup arrived safely the next day!
