I've come here a few times and each time, something's wrong. Most recently I came for breakfast and they couldn't make fried potatoes (hash browns, etc.) and the breakfast bar wasn't operating because the equipment was broken. That impacts most of the breakfast menu. Another time the dessert options weren't available because they didn't have the ingredients in stock. The lawsuit with Big Boy doesn't seem to be going well. At least the staff are friendly and kind!

Good ol Dollys. It's giving Bigboy 2.0 which is good bc I needed my fix lol the service was great! Good came out quickly and was delicious.

Only 2 cars in the drive-thru, but it was very slow so we went inside to order. The staff was friendly and we waited about ten minutes for our to go order. We ordered 2 burgers, one fries, and one onion rings for $27 which was pricey for what we received. The signature burger and super signature burger were both very greasy. As in the bottom and middle bun were total mush greasy. It was a mess to eat since the grease was causing the patties to slide all over. We went for breakfast and decided to try the breakfast bar. The "hash browns " weren't even cooked. They were just poured out of the bag. There were a few items that were unidentifiable. The gravy had a strange flavor. The area, especially the floors were dirty.

Our server Brittany was not the best. Never gave us refills, had to ask for a box three times and ended up wrapping leftovers in napkins. Treated my mom like she was dumb for dieting. Did not explain to us that the sandwich was still 10.99 even if you didnt get the fries. Instead of explaining, told her she shod get the salad bar because it was a healthier choice. Fish dinner, if you are hoping it compares to Frisch's, you will be disappointed.....greasy and over cooked. Next, we ordered "best burger ever"...not good at all. Should have gone to Wendy's for a tasty burger and a whole lot cheaper. Frischs wasn't great but Dolly's makes it seem like 5

Bad service. Took 5 minutes for the host to even realize we were there. Once seated the waiter walked by three times without acknowledging we were there. After ten minutes of not being greeted we just got up and left. Not very tentative.

The food was not good. Spaghetti not eatable. Big Boy knockoff - the signature - was at least eatable. Salad bar needed refilled. Our waitress was so sweet. She kept checking on us since it was taking so long for the food order. If you are not going to change anything in the appearance, Dolly, your food quality should match the previous owners.
