Our server Brittany was not the best. Never gave us refills, had to ask for a box three times and ended up wrapping leftovers in napkins. Treated my mom like she was dumb for dieting. Did not explain to us that the sandwich was still 10.99 even if you didnt get the fries. Instead of explaining, told her she shod get the salad bar because it was a healthier choice. Fish dinner, if you are hoping it compares to Frisch's, you will be disappointed.....greasy and over cooked. Next, we ordered "best burger ever"...not good at all. Should have gone to Wendy's for a tasty burger and a whole lot cheaper. Frischs wasn't great but Dolly's makes it seem like 5

Bad service. Took 5 minutes for the host to even realize we were there. Once seated the waiter walked by three times without acknowledging we were there. After ten minutes of not being greeted we just got up and left. Not very tentative.

The food was not good. Spaghetti not eatable. Big Boy knockoff - the signature - was at least eatable. Salad bar needed refilled. Our waitress was so sweet. She kept checking on us since it was taking so long for the food order. If you are not going to change anything in the appearance, Dolly, your food quality should match the previous owners.

Fix your slow service. Get your food out when it comes up instead of making people wait til its cold. And then maybe just maybe, i'll consider coming back and giving you the time of day

I Miss Frisch's! When I found out Dolly's was owned by the same group, taking over the vacated Frisch's restaurants and similar, I couldn't wait to go, . I passed by and saw open and went in alone for recon. I asked the waiter about my beloved chili spaghetti dinner and she said,"not even similar!" My vegetable soup I love, I asked. "No and it has meat". Ok, may I have a cherry coke? "No, it's Pepsi". If you're going out for an ok burger with fries, Dolly's is your place. I was told Dolly's was Big Boys cousin. 2nd time a charm. Ordered chicken sandwich with fries, would have been cheaper and better food at Rally's. Guest ordered grilled cheese with fries. Grilled cheese was not even grilled. Bread was oily. Fries old, cold, and oily. 2nd attempt at the grilled cheese was much better. 2nd attempt with the fries was better but the plate had enough oil to lubricate a squeaky door hinge.
