Fix your slow service. Get your food out when it comes up instead of making people wait til its cold. And then maybe just maybe, i'll consider coming back and giving you the time of day

I Miss Frisch's! When I found out Dolly's was owned by the same group, taking over the vacated Frisch's restaurants and similar, I couldn't wait to go, . I passed by and saw open and went in alone for recon. I asked the waiter about my beloved chili spaghetti dinner and she said,"not even similar!" My vegetable soup I love, I asked. 2nd time a charm. Ordered chicken sandwich with fries, would have been cheaper and better food at Rally's. Guest ordered grilled cheese with fries. Grilled cheese was not even grilled. Bread was oily. Fries old, cold, and oily. 2nd attempt at the grilled cheese was much better. 2nd attempt with the fries was better but the plate had enough oil to lubricate a squeaky door hinge. Went through the drive thru and super disappointed! Had ordered meals with large fries and drinks, drinks were most definitely not large, when we asked if they were large drinks the lady working the window stated "I have you what you ordered"..... After pulling away from the window looked for the fudge cake we ordered and that was also not in the bag. I took the receipt back inside and asked for one. I was told it was in the extra bag, which was fries not a cake. They acted like my life mission was to steal an extra cake... ... read more

They're trying to satisfy us Frisch's regulars. The taste is a little off. Probably due to the new tartar sauce. The rings were excellent. The fry's nasty. The BigBoy (signature) was made lopsided. See photo. The good news-the same crushed ice machine exists!
