2nd time a charm. Ordered chicken sandwich with fries, would have been cheaper and better food at Rally's. Guest ordered grilled cheese with fries. Grilled cheese was not even grilled. Bread was oily. Fries old, cold, and oily. 2nd attempt at the grilled cheese was much better. 2nd attempt with the fries was better but the plate had enough oil to lubricate a squeaky door hinge. Went through the drive thru and super disappointed! Had ordered meals with large fries and drinks, drinks were most definitely not large, when we asked if they were large drinks the lady working the window stated "I have you what you ordered"..... After pulling away from the window looked for the fudge cake we ordered and that was also not in the bag. I took the receipt back inside and asked for one. I was told it was in the extra bag, which was fries not a cake. They acted like my life mission was to steal an extra cake... ... read more

They're trying to satisfy us Frisch's regulars. The taste is a little off. Probably due to the new tartar sauce. The rings were excellent. The fry's nasty. The BigBoy (signature) was made lopsided. See photo. The good news-the same crushed ice machine exists!

We went and it was disappointing to say the least. We had the breakfast bar which had next to nothing on it and what was there was cold and not very appetizing. We left still hungry and won't be going back. They should have left it closed and let everyone enjoy it as a memory.

It was extremely disappointing. I went through their drive thru and ordered their "signature burger" and large fries. The drive thru was slow and I thought I would be getting a fresh and hot burger and fries. The only positive about the burger was they switched to a sesame seed bun. The signature burger was their version of the "Big Boy." The buns seemed smaller and the double patties were thick, which I didn't expect; and they were dark, hard and not hot or warm, after waiting in line for about 10 minutes. I was glad... read more

My brother sent me a picture of the huge pieces of fish on his sandwich he got at a different Dolly's. Just like Frisch's had back in the day. So my husband ordered some on our first visit. My husband's fish and chip dinner came out with lukewarm fries. Not crisp at all. Asked for some hot fries and the great waitress we had immediately got them. The fish my husband got was very thin and looked as tho it had been cooked in day old grease. Did not eat much of it. I got the Swiss Miss. It was not bad. But not worth $1... read more
