Oil change and tire rotation in and out in around an hour.
I drove a working vehicle in, and was given a dead non working vehicle when I came to pick it up.
on 6/10/15 returned the vehicle as it had water damage on the roof and on the floor of the vehicle. on 6//16 on don beyer Volvo confirmed that the interior/roof area was corrected and no further water damage would be sustained. it rained very heavy downpours today, 6/18/15, and I checked the vehicle. it had water coming down from the roof, down the left driver side window area and coming in and dripping down to the carpeted area on the driver side. so the initial water problem was not fixed as I was told.
Could not resolve the issue and still charged me.. I guess it was for storage, since I could not get over to the dealership sooner and have it towed.
