There were some issues with the service.
My front doors leak after it rains. It is rain caught between the door and the inside seals. An attempt was made to correct this problem, but I am sorry to say it has not been fixed. I am waiting to hear from the dealership with an acceptable solution.
Brought in car to do some recall work. Picked it up and had a bill waiting for me of $1,300 of required work. Then told me they werent able to do the recall work because the parts have been back ordered for months and that theyll call me when theyre in. Not sure why that was not told to me upon scheduling the appointment. So they didnt do the free service but they found a bunch of stuff to charge me for. Took it to my local (trusted) mechanic and got everything required done for $200.
Not my car. Dealership owned.
Not impressed at all with staff and service
Dishonest service department. Did not perform an oil change until I discovered that they indeed did not change the oil.
I was very disappointed that I paid $54 to have my tires rotated and balanced and then told I should new tires before it snows. I thought they could have at least called and asked what I wanted to do, Their response was that I don't need new tires now. I asked if that really made sense and never got an answer. As part of the service, I get my car cleaned. The back part of the XC90 was not vacuumed. Everything else was fine.
