Service rep had predetermined the issue without ever seeing the car, now car is damaged

Reserved and needed a Randal Car. Was not told until I arrived there wouldn't be one. No one tried to come up with a solution other tha. "Wait". Technician touched my phone trying to add apps without permission.
They said they checked all the fluids. Once again the windshield washer fluid was bone dry. And a lousy wash job.
The worst dealership ever, súper pushy and zero education on manners
It was horrible, I brought my car in at 8:17am & didn't get estimate for approval until 11am. I was told it would be 3 hours. I waited for 6 hours and they gave me my car with my trunk still not opening properly.
The parts situation is a complete mess. I bought shell center caps with my service. The6 never called me to tell me that the6 had come in and when I finally just drove over to see if they were there it took them 15 minutes to come to the counter and then they told me I hadn't paid for them yet. I walked out and will dispute the charge with my credits card company. This Volvo will be seeing a different clove dealer next time.
Two different cars that are on car search engines as well as their own website I've been told are sold. Yet they remain on up as if for sale. Do these remain listed only to bring customers in ?? Very unfair and frustrating
I asked them to fix the seat belt and they said it was lubricated and it is working, but it is not. I also noticed some additional charges that I did not approve. Not sure what they were for. We were told when we bought the car that the 40K service will be $400 but it was not.
Find it difficult to respond to these rate/review inquiries.
