I was charged more for gas on the loaner and also vehicle shock absorption became worst after the service
This is the 3rd time Ive been asked to rate my experience. Enough!
I reported some potential issues related to work performed over the past few months. I've suggested DBV revisit all the work done this year - over $4K worth but haven't heard back for about a week. I would have thought this a priority for someone to audit the work -
Very disappointed with an organization like Don Beyer Volvo of Dulles for trying to rip off a new customer. To make long story short, I took my car for service and the car was misdiagnosed. I'm glad I took the car for a second opinion and got it repaired for 1/4 of the cost I was given at Don Beyer Volvo. The most concerning part is not the price, as I expect to pay more at a dealership, but what the Don Beyer Volvo tech recommended. The actual physical work was great. Not accepting THE Don Beyer discount coupons after spending almost 5K in repairs was disappointing. After pointing the glaring oddity out, three days later, they apply a whopping 100 dollar discount.
Engine plate not secured had to return and have Bolt put back after plate was dragging on the ground
Experience with service staff is very good. But they forgot to put the screws back on the rubber on my undercarriage and it fell out when driving. Service manger and adviser were great in helping sought out the problem and they didnt charge me for the service. I know this was unusual and I have generally had much better experiences with Don Beyer Volvo.
These guys are nothing but "parts changers", unable to "fix"
I took my vehicle in for a regular service appointment and to check my TPMS light which showed I had low tire pressure. I was informed that I had a nail in my tire, and four new tires may be needed at my next service. I agreed to get the one tire patched and have the wheels rotated. The next day, my TMPS light came on again. I took my car back to the dealership and was informed there was another nail in the same tire where a nail was discovered the day before. Clearly the check was not through.
