Staff are very friendly and very helpful
The experience at Don Beyer Volvo was very good. Our sales person Joe Stein was a joy to deal with and could not have been any more obliging. The F&I manager, I don't recall his name was also very pleasant and obliging. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle, the experience was less pleasant. She was more interested in selling numerous protection packages and extended warranties than anything else. She was so intent on selling those that she had to re do the paperwork two times.
