The service representative Ali was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.
Great service, no hassle. Repair was covered by warranty. I came in on a Friday afternoon, and was told would be Monday before repair done because part had to be ordered. Provided a loaner car. Received call later that afternoon that car was finished and I could come in to pick up or wait until Monday, whichever more convenient. I opted to drive back. Service area open until 8PM so very convenient. Will be getting all my service done at Beyer.
Great service. Dropped off the car, told manager the problem, got a loaner and was on my way in 15 mintues. Got update call in the afternoon ans was told car would be ready the next day since they had to order a part. Got call early next morning that the car was done. Picked up after work and everything was super smooth.
Excellent and thorough inspection of the XC90 front suspension.
