I have worked with this group a few times. They are very respectful and considerate. Their patience totally makes me happy (I kind of have to know all the details and they are very good at making sure I understand). The one thing that I think elevates them from others is if they truly don't think what you are wanting to do is best for you, they will let you know that. Doug helped us refinance our house to remove the PMI insurance through a conventional loan. I can't express how easy the process was. They asked for basic information and filled out all the applications for me. From there they picked the lender that offered me the best interest rate.
