Doug is a true professional and Paige, that works with him, was an incredible asset to this process as well.Doug gave us the roadmap to the refinance we were so wanting and let us know exactly what we needed to do on our end and what he could do for us. Even when a wrench was thrown in the process due to a change in employement mid-refi - they kept things on track and on time.Thank you for all you've done. We first met Doug when we attended a class for first time home buyers back in 2008. He helped us with the purchase of our home at the time. It was such a wonderful experience. Recently Doug and his staff helped with the refinance of our home loan. Doug is rather proactive and listens to our concerns so that we can make an informed decision. He provided alternative solutions which we had not considered. We would definitely recommend his services to any one who is looking for help with their mortgaging needs.

I was fortunate enough to meet Doug when I bought my first house in 2000. Doug and his team were friendly, easy to work with and incredibly thorough. Doug helped me refinance a year later and saved me more money as the rates changed. In 2003, I got married and my husband and I bought a new house. Doug and the team has helped me through my first home purchase and two subsequent refinances. They were very accommodating and strove to find the best solution to fit my individual needs. We have been working with Doug since 1999. He is extremely capable. He puts his customers first and calls upon his expertise and knowledge to assist in every situation.
