My bf and me came to this Dove mountain after having a terrible experience at another vet called The small animal clinic. 10/10 would not recommend the small animal clinic. But The dove mountain veterinary was hands down the best vet I’ve ever been too. Prices were pretty reasonable, much cheaper than the other places I called. My dog was experiencing an eye issue on a Saturday so I decided I wanted to take her in our regular veterinarian office is not open on the weekends so I reached out to Dove Mountain veterinarian as I saw that they were open on a Saturday. Originally she told me that we would be considered an urgent care appointment which runs $140 but they could get me in so we set up the appointment.. we arrived at our appointment time and they got us into a room pretty quickly. Dove Mountain Veterinary Clinic has helped keep my good girl healthy and happy for 2 years now! They are aware she can sometimes be nervous and they accommodate her by having us come inside once the lobby is clear from other dogs. They are friendly and patient, they listen well, and are open to sharing information from recent studies and articles about kanine health. Always have a great discussion! And always get everything done and addressed that we need to.
My beloved dog had to be put down on a Saturday and we could not find a location with any availability. Dove Mountain got us in right away. It was the best version of a terrible experience. They have a separate entrance into a special room, with dim lighting, calm music, soft blankets and special treats. I was by myself but Dom made me feel like I had a family member with me. She was very empathetic and explained the entire process. My dog passed with peace and love thanks to Dom and Dove Mountain. I cannot thank you enough.
