Was a bit hesitant to try this place after some of the reviews but we needed to get our newest cat a checkup and most of the other places had a long wait to get an appointment. Others have said the front desk staff were cold but we didn't get that at all. They got us into a room quickly and the tech took all our information as well as checked Pickles temp then the doc came in. First time to this clinic and we now feel this is our new veterinary home. Staff were friendly and veterinarian Dr. Carpenter took the time to listen to us and concerns about our dog. Most importantly, we have a very nervous dog that hates strangers and Dr. C and her staff were wonderful with her! Prices were very reasonable and they didn't try to upsell you on services your dog may not need. Great experience, I highly recommend them.
I had a slight emergency called at 7:30 am on a Saturday and they were able to take our pup in at 12:30 same day. Needed to get sutures and sedated for a cut. What I appreciated was they told me appx what the cost would be when I called.( which others would t even dare give me a estimate) as well my regular vet was not open on a Saturday . Dove is a wonderful vet. They are friendly, caring and responsive. They do what they can to help and go out of their way to try to figure things out. Love the staff. So much better than my last vet. Highly recommend.
We love Dove Mountain Veterinary! They take precautions to keep everyone safe. We were greeted immediately and the girls behind the front desk gave us greetings even though they were busy. Everyone made a big friendly fuss over our dog and he couldn't stop wagging his tail. My concerns were addressed and Dr. Laton took the time to explain everything and answered all questions. We will be back with all our dogs!!!

Sebastian (cat) and I have been taken care of by the excellent, supremely qualified and loving veterinary professionals there since they opened. Whether your pet is sick, or just needs basic health maintenance care, you can be confident that they will receive first class medical care plus kindness and you will be guided through the experience. I can't say enough about DMVeterinary. They are simply the BEST. And Sebbie agrees.
I have recently taken my sick cat into Dove Mountain veterinary and have been so impressed with their service. They are on time, give accurate assessments, are friendly and very informative. I have been very pleased with the whole staff including Dr. Swanson and Dr.Carpenter who have taken their time explaining the treatment, without rushing. Everyone goes above and beyond what they have to to help.
We brought our poor pup who had been hit by a car while we were on vacation in. The entire staff is so kind and you can tell that they care immensely about your pets. The doctor is absolutely wonderful and made sure to show us how to treat his wounds confidently. She cared so much about how he felt and made sure that we were comfortable as well. I started bringing my pup here when we moved into a house just a couple minutes away, so about three years now. I have been really happy with the staff and services. I've brought my dog for annual exams, vaccines, teeth cleaning, and a couple one-off issues. Everything has gone quite smoothly. I find the prices reasonable, but I admit I've only gone to one other vet prior. I thought the teeth cleaning would be astronomical, but it was only $400 for the anesthesia and everything.
