After interviewing three other Manhattan surgeons, I decided to have the rhinoplasty done with Dr. Jacono. I found that out of all the surgeons, he took the most time to explain the procedure and what he would be doing. He also came highly recommended. I hated my nose and Dr. Jacono did a great job - it is hard to find a good surgeon in NYC who you trust and comes highly recommended by so many others and Andrew is one of those rockstar doctors! Dr. Jacono came highly recommended to me. Once I met him, I did not need a second consult with any other doctor. I knew he was the right person. He is very personable and listens to exactly what you want. I should have had this surgery years ago but was afraid. All that fear was gone after meeting him. The results were exactly what I wanted. I have my big round eyes back! His office is immaculate and everyone in his staff is amazing!
