i had my first rhinoplasty done 3 years ago ,wasn't happy with the result.so after i done my research i found DR.JACANO.He is specialize in revision rhinoplasty. Everything went very smooth. I brought some pictures with me and he actually use them as an example during the surgery. Friendly personal.its just been 10 days after my surgery so hard to see a final result ,but overall I'm happy.
Though I walked into the initial consult with many questions on the treatment's safety and efficacy, from the very beginning Dr Jacono showed a genuine interest in my well being. He was empathic yet objective of the expected results. He was also very kind and attentive to my concerns. Finally, the results of his care speak strongly of his capacity to provide outstanding cosmetic care.
Dr. Jacono is by far the most skilled accomplished doctor He is much more interested in fulfilling ones expectations than the monetary benefit and treats patients with complete patience and guidance from the onset of consulting to the recuperation period I have had two procedures and my husband one We are both euphoric with the results..they far exceed our expectations and the best is noone reallly knows..they say we look more rested The office staff including Diane were very cordial and responsive
I consulted with Dr Jacono in August 2014 about having a neck lift. I'm 49 years old I have a youthful appearance, my skin is smooth on every part of my body except for my NECK. I am a 48 man and just had a jaws implant surgery with Dr. Jacono at his Great Neck facility ( 2 weeks ago ) . My previous facelift surgery left me with noticeable scars,loss of tragus, not satisfying jaw line and still sagging neck skin. Dr. Jacono agreed to perform the revision even though another surgeon, that I visited before I came to Dr. Jacono, has turned me down as a patient. Dr. Jacono restored my tragus, revised my incisions with his "incision technique" and did excellent face and neck lift. No more sagging skin and my jaw line looks great. Dr. Jacono is an amazing surgeon with great bedside manner and a lot of talent. I am so happy with my new nose. It's not perfect, but he did go beyond my expectations of what I thought it could ever look like. Recovery was not bad, the hardest part was the wait to see my new face.
