We love Dr Ellen and all of her staff. We are so happy we found them. Our 2 year old son comes here. And we will be bringing our newborn son here eventually too. Everyone is so nice. Customer service is the best. Dr Ellen is great with our son.
I brought my son in to get a second opinion on some dental work he needs done and my husband and I were blown away at how amazing this office was. Just walking in we were greeted by Mandy (forgive me if I got names wrong, lol) and once we went back the tech helping us was so gentle and friendly with my son. We love Dr. Ellen and her wonderful team. My girls always look forward to their appointment, never scared. They make the environment safe, inviting and comfortable for everyone. My girls alway love their "treat" at the end of the visit as well. So thankful to have found a wonderful dentist to keep my girls teeth healthy!
I absolutely love Dr. Ellen and her entire staff! I have 5 boys ages 2-11. The staff is so understanding with my little ones running all around the place. And my older boys love having their own TV set while they get their teeth cleaned. They are very gentle with the cleanings. They sing to calm my babies and Dr. Ellen always takes the time to answer any of my questions and explain any concerns she may have with their teeth. I always recommend her to everyone I know with kids!
Dr. Ellen is an extremely caring and talented doctor. Her goal is to create opportunities for children and parents through amazing dental work and she works hard to accomplish this. She invests a lot in her team to make sure they are able work in an environment that they love. Its been an absolute pleasure being able to work with Dr. Ellen and her incredibly talented team!
Dr. Im is knowledgeable and great with kids! Mom son had 2 cavities at a young age and Dr. Ellen has been able to treat and manage them with SDF treatment. Every time we go I'm impressed with Dr. Ellen and her staff. My son actually looks forward to going to Dr. Ellen's office now because they make it into as fun an experience as possible for the kids and he loves picking out a toy after he is done.
Dr Im is excellent in every way. Her bedside manner with children is wonderful as is all of her staff being so patient & kind. Front desk is friendly & pleasant to work with.
Dr. Ellen Im and her team are the best. My daughter used to have major anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Im has turned going to the dentist into a positive experience for her. I can�t say enough about how wonderful Dr. Im and her staff are.
Dr Im is so patient , friendly and through! I bring my two boys here (ages 1 & 2) and it's always a great experience!
