My daughter is such a nervous child when is comes to any de visits, so needless to say, our first visit was very difficult for her, EVERYONE from the front desk to the assistant to Dr. Ellen herself were SO patient with her and helped her feel comfortable and okay with being nervous, her second visit she was still a bit nervous but had improved so much, they are not pushy on procedures and give you every option possible, I am beyond happy with them, the 40 min drive is totally worth it!
What a wonderful place. I'm a mother of a two year old and four month old and I was dreading the first dental visit. Our visit to Ellen Im was one of the smoothest experiences I've had with a care provider. They have set up such a family friendly place with tasteful toys and activities, an airy breezy reception area and a staff that is laid back, warm and attentive. We LOVE Dr. Ellen Im and her staff! They're always so friendly, caring, gentle, and professional. My kids, 3 and 6 year olds, are both super shy and easily scared, but they really enjoy coming here. The office is very clean and cute, and we've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, if that long, to be seen. My kids love finding their names written on the welcome sign right outside the door, which I think is really cute and nice; it gets them so excited and happy every time. First time in pediatric dental app and had the best visit ever! Dr . Ellen is absolutely amazing would Reccomended to everyone
Friendly staff, not too busy. The kids names are always on the welcome sign, such a cute detail. My child is very difficult, and the staff and Dr. Im never make me feel bad about it. We always get a balloon, and the kids love the play car in the waiting room.
My son had a new tooth erupting from the back of his gums while his old tooth decided to stay and won't come off. We were able to book a same day appointment. My son got his teeth cleaned and when Dr Im came everything went by really quickly. We didn't use laughing gas but Dr Im was able to control him and made him not so nervous. It was only matter of minutes to get numbed and pulling the tooth out. We love Dr Im!
The whole staff is amazing, very professional and super nice. Dr. Im is so good with my son, she makes him feel comfortable and not nervous. Highly recommend her.
Brought my almost 2 year old and my newly 4 year old boys here, and they did great. Staff works very well with children and Doctor Ellen was very kind and informative!
Love Dr Im and all her staff. Everyone is so nice and patient. My 4 yrs old boy would always scream bloody murder every time we went to the dentist. Not a beep at this place. Dr Im and her staff also made sure my girl was as comfortable as can be for her fillings. I'm glad i was able to find her on Yelp.
