All the staff is great. Dr. Im is wonderful, patient and caring as are the other dental technicians. They always seem to get us in and out with out too much of a wait (cleaning xrays and sealant took less than a hour). The front desk staff are equally as nice and work with you and your insurance company quickly and efficiently. The office it's self appears clean and we'll taken care of. My 3 yr old daughter is crazy shy and she was giving out high fives and thumbs up like it was her job. She was so excited to wear her cape, play on the bus, get a welcome gift, and a token to get a prize at the end. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating and the doctor was very good at making sure that both her and I were comfortable with what she was doing and a treatment plan. I was looking for a pediatric dentist since I moved into the area and I could not have found a better dentist! Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. The dentist was amazing as wellI have quadruplet 5 year olds and they saw all of them and were very patient and caring!! I am so thankful for Dr. Ellen and her staff
Great place to take your child. Dr Im and her staff know how to get the little ones to cooperate and they make dental care fun for the kids. Top notch
We've been looking for a new kids-only dentist for our kids in the area and Dr. Im and staff are great. Our kids had a great visit and have zero hesitations to go back again. Parking and finding it the first time can be tricky so give yourself an extra 10 mins in case you have to make a few U-turns like we did.
Dr Ellen is so great with kids! My daughter needed a small cavity (between the teeth) filled...Dr. Ellen, with the help of her assistant, filled the tooth in less than 10 minutes! She knows kids have a short attention span, and can't sit still too long! She has her mastered her craft! I would Highly recommend Dr Ellen to anyone!!
Amazing staff and facility all around. Everyone was kind, compassionate and talented. Everyone was so kind to my kids and they were very helpful in describing treatment options and costs. On our first visit, they found a heavily damaged tooth and infection. We were the last appointment of the day, but they offered to stay late and treat him immediately. They extracted a tooth with very little pain and comforted him all the way through. The kids love that they have screens everywhere to watch TV too
Dr. Ellen is AMAZING!!! Not only is she the sweetest but is also very personable and welcoming. Her chair-side manner is wonderful and my children are very much at ease. She has patience, understanding and is very sensitive to our needs. Our insurance doesn't cover for a few of our kiddos but we were willing to pay out-of-pocket because she is just that GREAT! Dr. Ellen and all of the staff are amazing. Very kid oriented, patient and creative. So glad we found her since we recently moved to the area. Today's visit was best our 4 year boys have done yet at the dentist. No doubt due to the comfortable environment the team creates.
