My kids and I love Dr. Ellen and her entire staff. They are friendly, gentle and really great with children. The office is very clean. The tvs and kids shows and movies are a huge bonus.
I started taking my baby boy to Dr. Ellen as soon as he started getting teeth. This office is AMAZING! Mandy was such a gem on the phone and so professional yet warm and inviting, I knew I picked the right place. When I finally came in and met the rest of the staff, I was blown away. It's so fun there and my son didn't even mind when Dr. Ellen counted his teeth! You cannot ask for more for your baby! Also, another huge shoutout to Mandy for answering all of my insurance questions and walking me through it!
Dr. Ellen has been a great dentist for our kids for the past 6 years. She was our kids' first dentist when she held her practice in Alexandria, Virginia. We were sad to see her leave for the San Diego area when we had orders to the Pentagon. Both our kids loved going to her office.When we received orders to San Diego, we were thrilled for the opportunity for the kids to continue seeing Dr. Ellen - even driving from Coronado to Poway for appointments. Great experience with Dr. Ellen and her staff with my 4year old daughter. I was having major difficulty with my insurance and the staff were super helpful with the whole process. Would recommend Dr Ellen to anyone with little ones :)
Dr, Ellen & staff are so amazing, literally everyone from the receptionist to the assistants,My daughter (3) was not having it, I mean she began to scream before we even entered the office, and refused to cooperate, but some how, they worked their magic and finally got her to at least open her mouth for the dentist (lol seriously, she is a though one) not once did they seem frustrated or try to give up on her, I couldn�t be more thankful to all the staff. Beyond amazing!
Amazing experience We had the best possible experience for our 2.5 year old son who is a big time sensory seeker. The team was so accommodating and welcoming. Dr. Im sweetly sang to him while cleaning his teeth and moved quickly yet skillfully. Her authentic care is felt throughout her practice and we will be bringing all three of our kiddos to her from now on.
My son had his first dental visit last week. He was pretty anxious about it, but from the second we arrived and saw his name on the chalkboard outside, he was excited. The superhero theme, friendly staff, and relaxed vibe really supported him in doing well and listening to instructions. He totally blew me away, as did the staff and service at Dr Ellens office! I really appreciated that they offered calming tools, and Dr Ellen was so sweet and amazing.Thank you so much, and we can�t wait to come back!

Dr. Ellen is the most caring pediatric dentist we've ever met. You can tell she truly cares about all of her patients. She personally spends time with us every time we visited and never made us feel rushed or unimportant. She only recommends absolutely necessary treatments and never pushed anything on us we didn't want. Safety and her patient's well being are always her top priority. Her staffs are also very kind and helpful. Overall an exceptional team and we're glad we found Dr. Ellen.
