The whole process from start to finish has been outstanding. Dr Julian De Silva acted professionally from the outset, he listened very carefully to what I wanted and most importantly, delivered the best results I could have possibly asked for. After having a consultation with Dr Julian De Silva I knew I had met a great surgeon who had an exceptional knowledge and interest in restoring facial balance. Everything on my face was taken into account and he listened to all my concerns really closely. He advised me to be patient with the results and I am really pleased with how the surgery turned out. I highly recommend Dr Julian De Silva, he is such an amazing surgeon. He is very much about natural results which drew me to him as that's exactly what I wanted. I had Rhinoplasty in February 2019 & the whole experience was a breeze. Dr Julian De Silva & his team really put me at ease every step of the way. I couldn't have chose a better surgeon, I can't thank him enough. I'm so happy with my results & it's only been a few months. I had lower blepharoplasty at the end of January. Initially, I wanted it to be done before my wedding but Dr De Silva was very honest and advised me to wait as the swelling sometimes takes a bit longer to go away. 5 years ago, I had fillers injected under my eyes which was a big mistake. As a result of this I had permanent swelling under my left eye and because of this I also had a deep half moon shaped line under my eye. It really made me less confident. I underwent a chin implant and liposuction with neck tightening sutures and the results are amazing. Much better than I anticipated! I love dr. De Silva’s commitment to always achieve the most natural results as possible and to create well hidden and the smallest incisions

I underwent Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty, Chin Lift & Fat Transfer to cheeks. Although I had complete faith in Dr Julian De Silva, I was extremely anxious about the Sedation anaesthesia method used. I can however say that there really was nothing to worry about. All of the team are highly skilled individuals and it really was a positive experience. The level of care I received, from start to finish was excellent. In terms of recovery, I had minimal discomfort and hardly any bruising. Can not recommend enough.

I had a neck lift six months ago. Before the operation I undertook a proper research to make sure that I would be in safe hands. The total experience was great. The sedation was very easy, just a sleep. I received a very good aftercare. I lost many years in my appearance and I feel much happier.
