I would highly recommended Dr De Silva and his team if you’re considering facial surgery. I had rhinoplasty and a chin implant in December. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic my results look so natural which I am very happy about, and I feel so much more confident after my surgery. My only concern before surgery was twilight sedation but it was a very good experience, I felt completely relaxed throughout my entire experience and did not experience any pain. I had upper and lower blepherobladty, PRP and laser treatment around my eyes. This has changed my life; I go in to meetings much more confident in my appearance. I was always confident in my ability but not about my ‘tired’ appearance. My career has enhanced as a result of this treatment. I can look in a mirror and I dare to wear dark eye makeup. They are now a nice feature! My care was excellent, all of the staff are very well informed and Dr. Julian de Silva is quite exceptional. Truly outstanding.
I would highly recommend Dr De Silva & his team. I had lower blepharoplasty,PRP & laser treatment in December after spending many years considering it. The whole process was easy and I experienced only mild discomfort during the first few days after surgery but this was eased with the prescribed medication. My biggest concern was having twilight sedation but I needn’t have worried at all as it was actually a very pleasant experience; it simply felt like I’d had a restful sleep.
I had lower eyelid surgery, fat transfer and laser rejuvenation 6 months ago. As soon as I spoke with Dr Silva, I trusted him. He was honest and professional and told me that he could improve my deep lower eyelids and shadow up to 50% - 60%. He was right, although I still have some under eye circles, it is a vast improved. I was naturally scared and worried before my rhinoplasty but looking back now there was no need to be. Dr De Silva is very professional with a wonderful beside manner. The medical team including the nurses and the anesthetist were so lovely and took such great care of me. I had the twilight sedation and the recovery compared to general was so easy. I had a chin Augmentation with Dr De Silva. The procedure was very well done, I underwent twilight anaesthesia which was quite pleasant. The surgery was very relaxed. I was provided with medication to reduce/stop swelling, bruising and infection. I had no post-surgery complications; I healed very quickly and my scar is very small and discrete. The bedside manner of all the staff was excellent. Would highly recommend this Dr.
