Super happy with my rhinoplasty! So natural! And although he managed my expectations saying it would not be perfect, I honestly think it’s flawless. I had a chin implant with Dr De Silva and achieved the result I have always wanted. The recovery from surgery was fast, less than a week for me, with very little bruising and swelling. I completely recommend Dr De Silva. The result of lower and upper bleph and a brow lift was better than I thought humanly possible. Very natural appearance and a speedy recovery too. He has a calm and gentle manner and you immmediately feel confident when you meet him. Twilight sedation was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it as there were no lingering side effects and it is much kinder on the body. I did a lot of research before I decided to get Otoplasty and revision Rhinoplasty done with Doctor Julian and I couldn't be happier that I went with Doctor Julian! He is extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to, you can tell from the beginnig that if he will do an outstanding job if he agrees to do it. I had seen several well known and recommended surgeons for consultation s before deciding that Dr.DeSiva was the right surgeon for me as I had had a very bad experience under anaesthetic resulting in a 3 day hospital stay in another hospital and as a result was very nervous .
