I cannot praise Julian highly enough. The surgery was pain free and the results have been amazing. I was nervous about the "twilight sedation" but, as someone who suffers from lots of side effects from normal anesthesia, I found it to be wonderful! No pain and within 20 minutes of waking up I was being driven home! Julian and all his staff are friendly, helpful and professional in every way. Having the upper and lower eye blepharoplasty was the best decision ive made & several months later Im still smiling!

Super happy with my rhinoplasty! So natural! And although he managed my expectations saying it would not be perfect, I honestly think it’s flawless. My confidence is so high, I cut my hair super short for the first time in 31 years and I’m honesty super pleased. The only regret I have is not doing it earlier.
I had a chin implant with Dr De Silva and achieved the result I have always wanted. The recovery from surgery was fast, less than a week for me, with very little bruising and swelling. I completely recommend Dr De Silva. The result of lower and upper bleph and a brow lift was better than I thought humanly possible. Very natural appearance and a speedy recovery too. He has a calm and gentle manner and you immmediately feel confident when you meet him. Twilight sedation was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it as there were no lingering side effects and it is much kinder on the body. I did a lot of research before I decided to get Otoplasty and revision Rhinoplasty done with Doctor Julian and I couldn't be happier that I went with Doctor Julian!
