I had a fantastic experience with Dr De Silva. I was always kept extremely well informed, the procedure was very easy (sedation is very effective in my experience), and the recovery process was fine. I never used any pain medication, it can get a bit old not being able to breath out of your nose for the first few days but it's a small sacrifice for the results. Huge thanks to Dr De Silva and his exceptional team.
I can’t thank dr Julian de silva enough for how kind and honest he is my results so far are fantastic everything that I ever wanted as this was a revision rhinoplasty. The sadation was amazing I would recommend it to anyone so much better than general anithetic. All of the staff was lovely and made me feel very relaxed and calm my overall experience was amazing and I would highly recommend dr de silva as he’s an amazing surgeon .
My experience with Dr. De Silva was wonderful. I would recommend him with all my heart to anyone who wants to have surgery. 100% honest, i did not have any pain what so ever! and i did not use any pain medication after the surgery. But i will say that you should be prepared for the swelling, and know that it is totally normal and that it takes time for it to go down. I am so happy with my results, and am forever thankful to Dr. De Silva and his wonderful team :-)

Despite my hesitations about having a Rhinoplasty, I found Dr De Silva and his team to be so reassuring and informative which really put my mind at ease and made the process so much less intimidating.
