Initially, I was nervous to meet Dr. De Silva as I thought he would be arrogant because he is so famous! My worries flew out the window when he spoke to me with such calmness, making me feel comfortable every time I met him. I had a chin implant 9 weeks ago I'm very happy with the outcome . It still feels a bit strange but Dr. Julian said it does take a bit of time the sedation was great you could hear the doctors talking but could feel nothing amazing I'm very happy thank you doctor Julian De silva. 😀😀
I could not recommend Julian and his team more. From the initial consultation, throughout the surgery and during the follow up they were caring, professional and I never felt that I had made the wrong decision.

An amazing surgeon and team. I had rhino and septoplasty and the results are amazing. Surgery was a breeze under sedation. I was in and out within four hours and had zero pain during recovery!
I consulted with Dr de Silva because I was unhappy about the results of previous surgery (performed by another surgeon). Dr de Silva peformed revision blephroplasty on me in 2016. The whole experience was excellent, and I was really pleased with the results. I returned for a revision browlift in 2017, and was equally happy. I the summer of this year (2017) I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer, PRP and laser re-surfacing. Four months on I am very, very happy with the results.
