6 weeks ago I had a lower Blepharoplasty, fat transfer and laser skin resurfacing around the eyes and a canthopexy. I was really nervous as I work in the public eye and I didn’t want the operation to be obvious. After 3 weeks I could cover up with make up and by 5 weeks all sighs of the op were gone. I had Rhinoplastry and a chin implant with Dr De Silva 2 months ago. The whole experience was fantastic. The team were able to help me with any questions I had at any time. And Dr De Silva truly recommends what is best for you aesthetically, but within reason of what can be done for your nose and face. I could not have asked for a better surgeon or a better outcome than with Dr De Silva. I had a rhinoplasty and chin implant, both of which have improved my confidence ten fold. In March 2017 I went to see Dr De Silva for an initial consultation for upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer, PRP and laser resurfacing. I hated the bump in my nose and my droopy nasal tip when I smiled. I was very self conscious of it and avoiding all photographs. I am so thankful to Dr. Julian De Silva as he has truly changed my life. He is an excellent surgeon and an artist, giving me a lovely feminine profile. The whole experience went very smoothly. I had a lower blethroplasty under twilight sedation. The staff were very kind and reassuring. I went into surgery very relaxed and can't remember anything except the smoothie I was given after the surgery. Dr Dr Silva was at the end of the phone if I needed him and even rang me on a Sunday morning after I had emailed him a question. I would fully recommend him and his team. I will definitely go back if I need surgery in the future.
