Dr Julian De Silva reduced the size of and evened out the size of my lips which were disfigured as a result of permanent filler injected abroad. I am delighted with the result. He is a truly brilliant surgeon who is supported by an excellent team.

My experience with Dr. De silva has been absolutely amazing! I underwent Asian (blepharoplasty )upper eyelid ,eye bag and chin surgery in October. During the surgery Dr. De Silva was very attentive and constantly making sure I was ok. I would not at all fault the whole experience and I am very happy with the outcome. I went in to see Dr De Silva for a revision rhinoplasty however he advised against it in my case (due to complications with previous surgery). He suggested a non-surgical rhinoplasty instead as it was only a minor saddle just under the bridge of my nose. I respected his professional opinion and appreciated his integrity as a surgeon to go against surgery and to proceed with the best option for me. I had lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) with fat transfer and laser with Dr Julian De Silva. I just wanted to write this review as a way of saying thank you for everything that he and his staff at the clinic have done, I'm extremely happy with the outcome. My experience at his clinic in Hammersmith was perfect in every way and Dr Silva and his staff are all really great people.

Like many others, I chose carefully before deciding upon Dr De Silva. My rhinoplasty involved not just a thinning down of my nose, but a lengthening of the tip (I also combined the procedure with a lip lift). I knew that in my case the procedure would be a difficult one, but Dr De Silva discussed my rhinoplasty with me and assured me that he could do much to improve my appearance. I had lower lip reduction with Dr. De Silva. I found it hard to find a suitable plastic surgeon as I had a small swolen saliva gland already in the lip, almost like a cyst. I had a consultation with Dr. De Silva and new immediately that he was the surgeon for the job. The operation went smoothly and I was very impressed with the after care. Probably the best decision I have ever made! My biggest regret, not doing it sooner. I had Upper Eyelid surgery and Rhinoplasty/Septoplasy in November following very informative and honest consultations 6 months and 1 month prior to the operation. Dr De Silva was honest and advised against procedures that I thought I needed that I actually didn't! I came away feeling very reassured with realistic expectations. After having a very useful and detailed initial consultation with Dr De Silva, I opted to have a chin augmentation and light filler around the mouth area. I was super nervous about the procedure, not just because it was surgery but also because I had kept the operation private and didnt want anyone to know - hence wanting the outcome to look as natural as possible with little scarring. I had eye lid surgery and fillers with Dr De-Silva in November and I'm extremely pleased with the results. I was nervous about the anaesthetic as I am allergic but Dr De-Silva assured me this wouldn't be a problem as he would sedate me with twilight sedation , which was brilliant. People have not noticed I've had anything done but have commented on how much fresh faced I look, which is what I wanted, I didn't want to look different or younger just less tired which Dr De silva has achieved brilliantly
