I had surgery with Dr De-Silva and thus far (7 weeks post op) I am no less than over the moon (thanks to god) with the result. When it comes to facial surgery, there really is a reason why his clinic doesn't get a bad review. The guy is a class act and worth paying more for. Would recommend for anyone undergoing nasal surgery

I broke my nose when I was 17 and the NHS operation to get it fixed was a failure: it looked the same (big noticeable bump) and I still had a significantly deviated septum.
