If you have a choice, do not go there. They mess up your billing, try to collect the co-pay you have already paid as soon as you walk into the office. Charge unreasonable fees like co-pay for a preventative health check up. Not only that, Dr, Shepherd will not see you for all the money you paid. We were seen by nurse practitioners both times. I hate that am writing this review. I started going here 3 or 4 years ago because it's closer to my office. I am on cholesterol medicine and it took 3 years before anyone suggested a blood test/physical. My prior doctor tested every 6 months because of the high cholesterol meds. I also have diabetes that runs in my family (every female from my mother back) and not one person has thought to test my A1C and keep an eye on it. Felicia at the front desk is rude, condescending, and should not be in a customer facing position. I only hope Dr. Shepherd is unaware of how poorly she treats his patients. The service level has gone way down, and she is mostly to blame. Put her in the back room working on AR/AP, or better yet, fire her and her nasty mouth! The worst experience ever. I have been going here for a couple years now and everything was great at first and then they made a horrible mistake on one of my regular refilled prescriptions because their computer system was down the day I went and the NP messed up and gave me a 4 day supply instead of a 30 day supply of one of my regular monthly medications. If I could put no stars I would. I made a yelp account just to review this facility. I went into the office for 3 things: sore throat, chronic back pain and a referral to the OBGYN. I left there in tears because of the lack of humanity/compassion given me by the namesake: Dr. Timothy Shepherd. This place super sucks I made a yelp account just to rate this place I had an appointment at 3:20pm got called back at 3:30 to a room and still didn't get seen until 4:50. I asked one of the nurses if they forgot about me and she said I was next 30mins later and still nothing I don't understand if I wasn't going to be see until 5 then it would have been a lot easier to get out of work I understand that they have other patients but when they tell me there is a charge if I don't show up or cancel my appt. but then nothing gets... read more

I am a seasoned health care provider who sent my significant other to Dr. Shepherd for evaluation based on symptoms of fatigue, headaches, decreased energy, depressed mood, decreased libido, decreased tolerance to cold, and muscle pains that have been present for a period of months.
