Appointment was for 3:45 and was asked to arrive 15 minutes early if case information needed to be updated. I arrived at 3:15pm and was not asked anything about information that needed to be updated and as of 6:15pm I left without seeing the doctor. Not once did any office staff convey any type of message or apology that he was running very late . At this point I will find another office to visit that has a more compassionate staff. It's a shame also because I really liked Dr Pena.

I originally was very impressed with Dr. Pena. I had also brought my wife to him. My wife had major back surgery and he was our primary doctor. He never returned phone calls and had not cared about her condition. Thank God she responded excellent from the operation and is now in excellent health. The wait time at Primary Health care where he is is terrible. If you don't have the first appointment ,you have to wait over an hour. Not acceptable.

OFFICE STAFF IS THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. OFFICE STAFF DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS - 72HRS+ AND NO RETURN CALL 13 DAYS AND PRESCRIPTIONS HAVE NOT BEEN PUT INTO MY MAIL ORDER COMPANY. 3/5 MAIL ORDER PUT IN REQUEST TO OFFICE FOR VERIFICATION ON OLD PRESCRIPTION AND ARE STILL WAITING (3/9). DOES STAFF HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND - NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
